Restaurant
In the year of Arnolfo’s 40th anniversary, the restaurant moves to a new location, a modern structure designed and built by the Trovato brothers, Gaetano and Giovanni, while keeping open the historical mansion located in the center of Colle di Val d’Elsa, with its 4 iconic rooms facing the Tuscan hills.
Their love of the territory, as well as their hosting philosophy, convinced the Trovato brothers to create the new Arnolfo, with its Siena yellow and Crete Senesi travertine marbles together with the ample glass windows that enhance the magnificent view of the historical center of this medieval town.
The exclusive location, both modern and contemporary, greets the guests in a beautiful garden where the architecture catches the eye and the truly unique experience is enhanced by typical aromas, music and the attention to details of the table settings and general surroundings. Parking is available in the garden area.
This is my lifelong dream. Usually restaurants are adapted to existing building, but with this project we have done our best to optimize every process limiting waste of time and resources
The new kitchen designed by Chef Trovato in collaboration with DeManincor combines style and technology, the logistics have been studied to improve sustainability for both the guest and the staff as Chef Trovato wanted to create a place where not only a guest could enjoy a memorable experience but also his collaborators could work in a charming place.
We always need to stimulate and pursue our dreams. One of the reasons I wanted to create this structure is because I want young people to fall in love with this job. We need the new generations of chefs to hand down our traditions and craftsmanship with enthusiasm
